Kim Larkin is the Founder + Principal of MXD Arts.
Kim Larkin is an experiential futurist and strategist who engages with organizations to prepare for possibilities and navigate change. She has a background spanning business ownership, nonprofit leadership, and projects with partners from grassroots startups to Fortune 100 companies.

Kim blends human-centered research, social science, and creativity to co-create immersive experiences and outcomes that clients can remember, apply, and share. She specializes in cross-disciplinary collaboration, transforming data and shared knowledge into strategies that shape hopeful futures and lasting change.

Kim’s insights have been featured on international platforms, including the United Nations Science Summit and the Aspen Institute. She feels most at home in the mountains, loves a good nap, and is a history and sci-fi nerd, always curious about what the past can teach us about the future.
